BerryBuzz vs1.0.25

I know all of you blackberry users out there have been looking for a way to customize your profiles.  Well this is the program!  BerryBuzz allows you to customize settings for email, pin, sms, calendar, missed call, and incoming call alerts. More after the jump.

For each alert (even every different email address) you have an option to change the LED color and duration length of the reminder alert.  This program gives you a huge selection of LED colors including system default, white, red, green, blue, turquoise, purple, orange, and yellow.  You can also choose all of these colors in “bright” which I highly recommend.

On the incoming call alert you giving quite a few options.  Along with the LED color you can also choose to enable the “vibrate while ringing” feature.  With this enabled you can choose the duration of the vibration burst (.25s-5s) and also the pause between the vibrations. I leave the “vibrate while ringing” options off personally, but can see how many would love it.  My incoming call alert is set to bright red.  This is good for when I am at work or in a meeting and can turn the profile to off and just rely on the fast blinking bright red LED to get my attention.

Conclusion: Overall BerryBuzz is a great way to spice up your notifications for your BlackBerry.  LED color changes take away that “I wonder what kind of message I have” thought in your head. For example you can now look at your blackberry and see the LED blinking orange then purple and know that you have an email and sms ready to be read. It does need some additions though.  Support for more alerts (blackberry messenger, aim, gtalk, facebook, myspace etc..) is needed and would make this application near perfect.  I would highly recommend this program to any BlackBerry user.
