oh… and another issue i had was with windows 7.
i had to open the Command Prompt by clicking START, then ALL PROGRAMS, then ACCESSORIES, then ~(and this is the important difference) Right Click on COMMAND PROMPT and then click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR….
follow Step 5 from here….
