I just got a tip from a ninja that the Sprint Tour 9650 will be released Nov/Dec. Here are the specs I was told.
- Wifi
- Optical Trackball
- 3G where available
- 3.2-MP auto-focus camera with geo-tagging functionality – easily identify where you took your pics.
- MicroSDâą card slot supports up to 32 GB – images, MP3s and apps are always at hand
- 5.0 OS
Sounds pretty much the same device as the 9630 Tour except the addition of wifi which is not a huge deal considering I saw a wi-fi tour already in the wild. Screenshots may come later of that one. Let’s see what else Sprint has in store to combat their water leak they have in their subscriber base.

[...] buddies over at Themes4BB got some insider info that the BlackBerry Tour will be coming to Sprint some time in November or [...]
The tour is out I have it got it 10days ago. And it does not have wifi and os is 4.7. So where ever u get ur info its not right! The phone is out and its great!
This is a new tour my friend. Trust me. we know. You don’t have this Tour.
I got the tour 9630 from Sprint a few days ago and its an awesome phone. TV and nav service is great and I’m paying a lot less than I was with Verizon. If the only difference is the wifi, I would just wait for the next bb model to release. I really hope the next touchscreen phone bb creates is not a p.o.s. like the storm…
Actually the verizon tour is a really great phone. But when is someone gonna make themes for it
Dwan,
Are you retarded? Did you even read the post?
RE-READ THE ENTIRE POST.
Will be awaiting your apology ass.
yes, there is a Newer Version of the Tour coming out. as far as in nov/dec, that is to be argued. also, this new tour is not going to have an optical trackpad. the only difference is the wifi, and this was supposed to be release the first quarter of 10′. sprint does have a lower end bb coming out in nov. this is the aries. it does have a trackpad,2 mp camera, wifi, and flash memory. do a little searching.
This site is really quite good. . .
