The Brackets are back! I'll admit it. This is one of my favorite times of the year. In my opinion, the NCAA tournament has the best playoff system in sports today. So, of course, we have to do another contest to follow up last years successful contest. So, anybody that wants to play, it's completely open. How do you play? Simple.
