I went out to find something that was a great addition for my weight loss. Now, this app does have a great list of features:

- Advanced nutrition management

- Comprehensive exercise and strength training

- Daily entries and progress tracking

- Tools and personalization options

The list goes on and on…. and on and on. I think this was my main issue with this application. There is SO much to go through. I wanted an app for my BlackBerry that is easy to use, sort through and had a great user interface. 

It was too much for myself. Along with the desktop version as well. For the person who wants endless amounts of information for your work out and weight loss goals, this is the app for you. I am a very simple person and I wanted something that was just that. Simple.

In this recent press release, it has been announced to us that TetherBerry is going to be expanding to other smartphones. They are happy to announce that they are now accepting beta testers for their Android version.  In addition to their rebrand, TetherBerry’s software is now easier to use, includes Bluetooth and has been accepted into the BlackBerry AppWorld store!

A speed test was run done on a 9700 on the Bell network of Tether versus IP Modem.  Tether performed 147% faster on the download speeds and 294% faster on the upload speeds. (see below image)

I am very glad I purchased this for my BlackBerry Tour. It has a one stop shop for everything you need to know about your Berry. As seen below, these are some of the home screen icons you can set to let you know the temp of the battery, the time since last reset and so on. Here are some great features of MeterBerry:

This is a nice theme from the people at Basic Visuals. This theme comes with great icons which are use definable, a perfect font scheme and much more. I enjoy the size of the clock. Most themes today have a small clock. This is very easy to view. The weather icon slot is also a plus in the upper right corner.

The color and font really drew me to this theme. I love the way it all flows together. This great theme is on sale for a price of only $1.99 until Janurary 1st and can be found here at the themes4bb app store.

I would highly suggest adding this theme to your arsenal at either price but go ahead and get it now while the gettings good! I am looking forward to seeing more themes from Visual Basics in the future!
