i cant download jde file

When I try to fill in the info for jde
It won't change country or state. How can I fix it?

Post a link to where you're having issues. I just went (CLICK HERE) (https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=00EC53C4682D36F5C4359F4 AE7BD7BA1&dl=E5D0FD4E0B75C73843CB363404D176A9) and it worked for me fine! What browser are you using? Maybe try an alternate browser. I'm using FireFox.

I just used a new version of Apple Safari and it worked fine there too. Maybe your browser is bugged.... that's the only thing I can think of!

I'm using the internet browser that was installed on my 8130.I tried opera mini & firefox froze on me twice. Had to uninstall it

JDE is meant to be downloaded to your pc..not your bb.
