I am trying my hand at this theme making thing and I have the theme down to a T as far as the way I want it all except for the normal and highlight buttons on the theme controls screen in Plazmic that are the standard blue and grey. I want to change them to burnt orange and brown but can't begin to figure out how to make them and nowhere in any of the theme making goodies have I found anything. Can someone PLEASE help. I will be sure to post it as soon as I can get it done.
Thanks.:grouphug:

Some of the buttons are located here on your pc:
C:\Program Files\Plazmic CDK 4.2.2\samples\Themes\Images
Like gamecockholiday stated you can open them and recolor them to your liking, but if you don't have photoshop you can use GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program (http://www.GIMP.org) which is free.
You will also need to adjust them using the "tile image" button in plazmic for them to look right. See pic below

Thanks for your help. In the Gimp how would you change the color. Do you open the button using the open option then use a tool to change the color? Is this done in layers or what? Forgive me for being so difficult, but I don't understand.

Yes..open the image you want to recolor and then you will see a "colors" tab at the top and go from there.

Thank you guys for all of your help. I downloaded the Gimp and it worked. Now I just need to try and submit it.

I've also been trying to do some different highlight buttons, but am still having difficulty. I'll check into the file mentioned above, but does anyone know how to make a highlight button that is like a bubble effect over the icon? I'm using GIMP, and am very stuck.
Thanks! =)

Look on the web for a button that looks like what you want, and resize it in gimp. Or look up gimp tutorials, there are millions of them out there on how to make web buttons.

What about making a background dialog box? I have a Boston Celtics Theme created and the dialog box is the only thing I can't get right...any suggestions?

Say you want it green just select the color box next to it and choose your color...unless you have a program to change the colors of the dialog file itself this is about the only you can do to make changes to it
