I just got a media card. Is there any special thing to do to install it?

You may want to format it before you put anything on it and turn on your mass storage mode. It will allow your pc to recognize your bb as another drive so you can drag/drop files to it rather than having to use the media manager

It uses a micro-sd. I don't think the brand matters much. Tigerdirect.com is a great place to get reasonably priced cards.
