theme icons.....

NEED HELP WITH THEMES!!! I have downloaded plazmic theme maker, and i have started to do some theme's but I want to change the control icons now. I have found a place to get icons but when I replace the old ones with the new ones they look funny....is there a place I go to get better icons or something; or is their a better way for me to do it?

Try this link, there are several good tudors on everything you need to know.
Be sure to use the correct sizes with icons or they will appear off. 48x36 etc.
