how to delete email

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to delete email icons along with the adress of personal email received via bb. I was on the pjone with att forever and didn't even get help, instead I got hung up on (mistake). Theme4bb always seems to answer all my questions so fast so hopefully I don't have to call them back!
