opera mini 4 question

I read on another site that the Opera Mini and the Blackberry data plan aren't compatible and you will incur data charges when you use the Opera Mini browser. I have an 8320 with T-mobile. Anyone incur charges or not?? I have however yet to get it to work, lol. So before I keep trying I want to make sure I won't get charged every time I use it!
