I tried to get help from sprint to figure out why my PAM wont work with my dell D810. There are others in my office that have no issues. I can use the PAM with another laptop without any problem. Tried uninstall and re-install several times, updated BB, and have all current software installed. Still no luck. I dont know if there is some issue with the DELL D810 with PAM or what? Has anyone had similar issues or find a resolution to this question? Any help would be appreciated seeing that Sprint had no idea what was going on. Thanks in advance.
