Ok, Ive been dling themes here for a while and Ive decided I would love to start contributing my possible talents as well. I have been looking at how to get started creating themes but I have one small question before I download, and I hope this hasnt already been posted and I missed it. Is downloading all the toold I will need free? I got to the point in plazmic where they ask for your name and address and all and before I give them all of that info I want to make sure I wont be receiving a bill...haha.
