Nice Site

hello everyone, it's a nice site you guys/gals have here. I'm pretty new to the BB comunity and I'm starting to learn all the tricks of the trade so to speak. Thanks for having the info readily available for DL with the theme building programs that's awesome. I created an AvP theme however I'm having issues with figuring out how to configure the icons I'd like to use. I keep getting the "square background" included with the icon. Any suggestions on how to make that transparent so it doesn't block my background picture when I highlight the icon?
