i need some help

Ok, so im trying to get a theme threw OTA. I got it on my blackberry and hit download...then it said download was successful. But now when I go into options and to themes I cant find any i downloaded. Is there something I'm missing? or something else I need to download to make it appear? I rebooted my phone and still nothing. Than I go back and try to re download it and it says it already exsists. ANY pointers or tips?
