I have discovered that the new Opera Mini version 4.1 can download the ringtones without an OTA link. When you click the attached ringtone file Opera mini will ask if you want to save or open the ringtone. You must save it to your BB. If you open it won't work. I hope this helps everyone out. Give it a try.
