Are the Themes I'm making working for anyone?

I know I have several requests for OTA and I have submitted them for that, but some people are saying that they are not working for them. They are working fine on my phone. Any advice I would appreciate it, some of the themes are Dopey, Eyeore(spelled wrong), Ryan Newman, The Hulk
