Icons in 'Icons' format

So, i downloaded some nice looking Icons, but they are in 'Icon' format and don't show up when I look for them in Theme Builder. I was just wondering, if I can change their format.

If this was asked before, I didn't see it recently and I am sorry for reposting. I try not to do things like that.
