I did a search and couldn't find anything on this so I apologize if someone has already asked this. When I click on my Instant Messaging, I get a note that reads "uncaught exception", what does this mean? I tried a battery pull, and I've deleted, and reloaded the OZ instant messaging. Can someone please help?
