Phone Keeps Resetting

Hey, I haven't had any real serious complaints about my phone, but something has been going on the past couple of weeks that's really been irking me. For some reason, my phone keeps resetting itself. I can't figure out why; I don't have any auto turn-off set, I don't hit the power button or anything, but it just shuts itself off and restarts itself. I've noticed that it mostly happens when I put it in my holster or pocket, but it really irks me. It absolutely got on my nerves when I was in the middle of a call and it reset itself.

Any suggestions from the gurus?
