So I found out how to put the Russian language on my 8100 so i can type and make Russian my default language. But now that i have installed OS 4.5.0.37 (platform 2.7.0.55) I dont think it's a beta because i downloaded the /exe file off of a retail website. ( I forgot which cellphone company it was) It loads fine to my phone. My phone finishes the upgrade. I put in the files that were needed to make my phone have the russian language in the updated folder. and when I start up the Device manager. I get the Update message (Shown here:)

I click update, i go to advace and i click on the russian language (as shown here:)

Well then after im done i click on Next it gives me this message:

I would like to know is what is going on? what is this file that it's asking. And how can i obtain this file? Is there a way to bypass this error message??
