Ok...so I dropped my 8310 which had the silicone case on it, but still, i must've completely affected the device since now it's not turning on at all...when i went to my mobile carrier, they suggested it was the software that may of been damaged....i guess, all i want to know is-has this happened to anyone else? and if anyone has any suggestions, it would be SO greatly appreciated!! thanks guys
