I have uploaded a custom avatar and I made sure it was sized no bigger than the maximum size allowed of 80 x 80 pixels, but as you see after uploading it it is only 42 x 42 pixels. Since I know the pixel size meets requirements the only other thing I surmise is not right is the actual file size. Is there a secret to reducing the file size? I don't have a clue how to find out the size of the file. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
