Help !! My bluetooth doesn't work

Please can you tell me why when i want send something via bluetooth I can sent it but when I want to accept something from others I can't . Please can anyone tell what is the problem .

I had the same problem, now I just go to my media (which one you are trying to receive) and hit your bb button, choose recieve using bluetooth. then have the person try to send you something, this seemed to work for me.
