Why am I not able to login to my email acct?? I set up my bb BIS acct to get my emails automatically, but now I m not able to log in manually or automatically...I can't even find themes4bb email web address!! What gives?? I did also pay for the premium pkg!! Can someone get the ball rolling on this?? Please...thanks!!:confused_smile::help:

You need to give us more time, the site crashed as I'm sure you're well aware. My email isn't working right now either, but I gotta deal until we can get things back up and running as normal...please be patient we're doing all we can.

Thank you for letting us know what was going on. I had another email from a different forum do the same thing and wasn't sure if it was my end or because of what happened with the site. I will keep checking back. :)

Thank you again for keeping the members posting and keep your head up; I know that getting things back to normal can be a real pain, but I know that I personally and other members as well really do appreciate what you and the other staff put into the site.

Well thank u for your response...but I did not know I thought ownership was changing hands...I did contact a few MODS and was told by them they r no loner affiliated with themes4bb and cannot help me!! It would be nice if u guys could send out a email telling members what is going on so we r in the loop or put up a msg some kinda way alerting members when they try to load site that u r experiencing difficulties!!!! But glad to know u guys r working on it!!

We couldn't post anything as the site was down, not even the admins could post until everything got back up and running. As soon as they got things back announcements were posted...plus I kept people informed on crackberry.com about what was going on with the site.

Trust me we would of liked to let EVERYONE know what was going on, but with the site down it was impossible, emails were not working either so it would of been pointless to send them out.
