desktop manager and zip files...

I had to remove and re-install desktop manager on my computer and since then every time I try to install a theme using desktop manager/application loader/(select the axl file), a message comes up that says "no additional applications designed for your device were found"

Maybe I downloaded the wrong device manager version, or are the zip files bad?
