Am I the only person that is having this much trouble with these phones? I like them but they keep failing on me. I am on my fifth one and I don't know what to do! I like how they work and they keyboard but I can't put up with this and ive already paid for two of them so I can't switch to a different phone. I havent messed with software or unlocking or anything like that other than themes. My most recent i upgraded to 4.5. Ive always used a case and screen protector. I dont use them excessively or anything never got one wet either.
My first one had radio problems and very intermittent connection, returned within a week.
Second one had severe trackball issues after a few months, then half my keys died. I voided the warranty on this one by changing my screen face because it had a key scratch on it. Nothing I did wouldve caused this failure.
Third one all of the keys died unexplainably.
Fourth one the vibrator failed within a week.
Im on my fifth one and the delete key is not working properly from the box. Many times it doesnt pick up the input.
I dont know what to do, I just want a working phone!!! After spending close to 500$ on these things i would think i should have one by now.
