I figured it out everyone. I have the 8300 thru att and that "download ringtones and themes" crap can be forever gone. This is what u do. Goto menu- options- advanced options- browser push- uncheck enable wap push- then goto the bottom of the screen and uncheck allow wap push apps. I did that then I did a reset and they didn't show back up. Pass this along to every1 else plz. I know it drives every1 crazy as it did me. See ya, katie
