Open with NOTEPAD that came with Windows to make the changes
In order to do this you need to remove the old file, make a copy and save the copy some where on your computer incase you ever need to replace it. Then modify the original as it says in the instructions and "save" replace in the folder where you removed the original one. Restart Plazmic!
