I hate to be a dumb bunny and have read and even printed out the instructions for getting a new theme on my Blackberry Curve 8330, all to no avail. To my frustration, Sprint tech support seems to know less about this phone than I do.
Specifics:
Blackberry Curve 8330
OS: 4.3.0.127
Desktop Manager (on Windows XP Pro laptop): v4.7
Using DM or OTA, the theme *seems* to download, but after going into the phone (yes, rebooting it, even taking the battery out and rebooting it), I have only the themes that came with the phone.
There *must* be just 1 tiny step that is passing my peabrain but I cannot figure out what it is. Can anybody help?
