Tiffany & Co. 9000 Theme Request
I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 OS 4.6 and I would like a simple Tiffany & Co. theme for my phone please!

I would like it in ZEN format with the ORIGINAL icons.

I would like this picture for the MAINSCREEN and LOCKSCREEN:
[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

I would like this picture for the INCOMING CALL SCREEN:
[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
with the number calling in BLACK font.

I would like the MAINSCREEN to be BLACK with WHITE FONT.

Can you please make the theme the same as the zen theme except in the today style?

Can you please put these items on the home screen:

SMS and MMS
Messages
Calendar

I am not sure if it is possible to put 3 items on the home screen.

if not can you please put sms and mms AND calendar?
