This theme is really really cute. This theme is 4.2 OS so it will work with 4.5 and lower..
The icons on the bottom bounce when scrolled over..
You will not be able to move the icons around so I tried to put the more common ones on the main screen..

This cute lil guy above makes up the hourglass effect..Isn't he adorable lol...
Also... I mixed and matched the icons to come up with the perfect set.. Also once the icon is scrolled over it becomes blurry and as a bonus to the theme creators the icon set is attached. I do not take credit for making the icons just putting them all together and making them blurry..
