themes wont show up for bb Curve 8350i, help!

Hi, I just got my bb Curve 8350i a few days ago and I've been trying to download themes but nothing will work. I followed the instructions for OTA downloading and thru desktop mgr but neither will work... I download the themes, hardboot the bb and nothing shows up in my themes section. If I hook my bb up to desktop mgr, it shows the themes I've downloaded. . .
Can anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate it!
