theme help plz

ok i downloaded the theme builder 4.6 and made my theme BUT i cant figure out how to load it to my BB i used the desktop manager and it showed the theme name but coulnt get it active?!?! :smash:
i even downloaded the BB simulator (which i cant figure out eithere) ahhhggg !
