I see there is a helpfull post here explaining the latest OS upgrade for the Pearl (4.2.1.107).
I would like to preform this upgrade.
1. Sorry to sound like a rook, I assume this is to be done via DM?
2. The thread with the details has a note to: select the option to back up and restore your information that is already on the device.
- Does a promt appear to give you the option or is is something that has to be manualy selected? If so, where/when can this option be selected?
