Hosting Themes on Blogger

Hello all!I am a new theme builder. I was wondering if someone...anyone..could give me step by step instructions on how to host themes on different website...such as blogger. I want to host the themes as a .jad file extentsion so that users can download them ota on their bb. I recently started a blog because I wanted to upload customized themes to share but I have no idea how to get the themes on blogger. I checked many forums but still no luck. So please help!
