Text message alert- "You've got a text message"

:help: Does anyone have, or know where to get the text message alert that says: "you've got a text message, YOU'VE got a text message, YOU'VE GOT a text message, YOU'VE GOT A text message, YOU'VE GOT A TEXT message, "YOU'VE GOT A TEXT MESSAGE!!!" It's annoying, yet funny at the same time, because the voice gets hysterical, and is screaming towards the end.
