Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Zen Theme??

Can anyone make a call of duty 4 zen theme?? It would be kool if the icons had a night vision glow effect look on them and the icons look like the prestige mode badges. Don't you think!

I will post some pics of the backgrounds I would like if it makes it easier for a theme creator.
