FYI: Generic Meters

The meters that are built as circular meters and labeled "Generic" that come with PTB 4.2.2 have a mistake in the battery meter. I only noticed it recently since I have been making a slew of meters from scratch. It is plainly obvious to see however, once you know what you are looking for. Basically, it shows that it is one step shy of being full when it is actually full. The reason is that whomever made the meter used the very far right slot as the full slot, and the PTB uses that very last slot as the ??? display that it shows when the phone cannot read from the battery. You can verify this as well by loading it into PTB as the meter being used, verify it is showing an open slot indicating that some of the battery is depleted, then load a different meter and you will see that it is full. The plazmic theme builder shows 100% battery and 100% signal by default on screen while building the theme, but that particular battery meter does not it displays 1 slot open out of 12. It was a simple oversight made by whomever made that set of meters, just wanted to let everyone know cause I am seeing them being used quite a bit and they do not display properly. Let me know if this didn't make sense, and I will explain further.
