Dora the explorer theme help

hello all!!!! I am looking for someone who makes custom themes to pretty pretty pretty please make me a dora the explorer theme. I would very much appreciate it. If you could also maybe put the name iyana somewhere in the theme, that would be even better but if not that is a-ok.
