how to dowload a theme (ALX) from phone to computer?

How does one save an ALX file (a theme) from the Blackberry back onto the computer's HD? I connected via Blackberry Desktop Manager and nothing that I can see will let you pull files back onto the computer. My computer crashed and all the themes I created are lost except for the one on my 8120. I went through a lot of iterations to come to a final product so it would save me a gang of time if I can save this.
