Problem w/plazmic icon screen

I have been making themes for a while now. All of a sudden, i am having a problem with the background behind the icons. No matter what pic i put there, it reverts to the main screen pic. It shows the correct pic in the program, but when I export and upload the theme, it has reverted to the main pic. i HAVE TRIED PNG'S, JPG'S, ETC...
