Application Icon Screen errors

All of sudden in plazmic, if i make any changes to the icons in "theme the application icon screen", i get a Theme Builder had encountered a problem and needs to close.... the good old windows "send error report or don't send error report" window. Have made themes where i changed the icons before and no problem, then it started all of sudden. I tried opening up a whole new theme and changing the icons with ones that are included in the software, all of them were tried, all didn't work except the original ones that are there when the theme first opens. Any thoughts as to why, or how to fix?
