Help!!! I have vista not sure how to download plazmic 4.7

so for those of you who have vista, you know how when you download something it goes to the download folder and you have to finish it from there? well i've been trying to finish it but it keeps tellin me to find a different place for it to extract and everytime i choose i new place it doesnt do anything.

can anyone help me?!?
