This theme is created to emphasize a background, any background. You have that Brilliant picture that you want to use it, but it was always cluttered with icons. Now, with this theme it is possible.
In both the home screen as well as application screen icons are created to show as much of the background as possible. Home screen features hidden dock so the background is clearly visible. As for the application screen, icons are transparent to reveal as much of the background as possible.
