Hey folks. My first theme made in the past few days. I really like the look of the Storm's interface so I adapted it to the 8900 using the icons and such found in the plazmic program folder. I just resized whatever was necessary to fit the 8900.
Everything works fine, however there seems to be a glitch where if you exit out of a folder back to the application screen and scroll all the way in one direction the cursor disappears and defaults to the top left icon. The workaround to this (or at least the way I do it) is to place only your most used apps on the app screen, drop the others in a folder and choose to hide it and unselect "show all". I put all the apps that have shortcuts (power, left and right convenience keys, call log, etc.) in the hidden folder. It works great, but a fix from plazmic would be welcome.
Also, since I used the default "active call" screen, the active call banner glitch doesn't apply here. This glitch occurs when you insert your own active call screen background, make or receive a call, return to the homescreen while the call is still active and then go back to the active call (by pressing the send button). At that point the information on the active call banner would disappear. I'm working on a better fix, I have a few theories to try out.
One final thing I noticed is that with any themes made by plazmic, when you exit to the home screen from an active call (call still in progress) the little call timer indicator that's there on any of the default themes is not there. Anyone who knows a workaround, please let me know.

Ok, I updated the theme to include the following versions:
- The original theme.
- The updated theme with custom made icon backgrounds and I modified the colors a bit to be a bit darker.
- A double bottom dock version of the new theme.
- Hidden today versions of both new themes. The today area appears when you hover over the calendar or whatever icon gives you notifications. I made the two far right icon places today area selectable so put your calendar and message icons there to select the today area.
