I did this mainly to get what I wanted on my Berry... and not having seen any other 'stock' today themes (and the today themes I did find were either lacking something, slow, or all the above.)
It uses all the stock icons from the T-Mo Precision theme, changed homescreen fonts and sizes a little, changed menu font/size, and the battery and WLAN indicators are different..
Personally I think it's quite fast (faster than the stock Precision themes on the phone).
Anyhoo, just thought I'd share. Theming is quite fun... I have all the tools to do full overhauls so I just might.
