Ok, I will admit. I was skeptical. Last weekend I spent a four day weekend with a friend and his wife. It was our quarterly golf major tournament (which I had dominated for the past two years)
So, Saturday morning he pops out one of these VEMMA two ounce bottles and tells me to drink it. Hesitant, because I am thinking this is a plot to destroy my golf game. But it was two days away so I drank. He told me the stuff was a purely vitamin drink.
Then I read a very interesting stat.* When you take a multivitamin your body absorbs 10 to 20% of it. This drink being a liquid jumps the absorption rate to 98%. That’s why sometimes when you take a multivitamin and your urine is heavy yellow. You are losing some of the minerals that* you take it for. I also tried the energy drink called Verve. That was pretty good too. If you are an athlete you will like that because its all natural without the sugar of some of the other energy drinks.
So, anyway, I have taken the Vemma drink every morning since and I have not felt better in a long long time.* I am not trying to sell anything but I am just giving props to a product that I was originally skeptical.
