I can not upload my theme pics

I am having problems uploading my theme pics. When I upload it says its complete but never shows up. Also being able to view thumbnails on the site. Also people who posted comments about my themes startting yesterday are not posted any longer! Is everyone having the same problem?

Please let me know.
