Help! Theme causing lockup and App Error

I just downloaded a free OTA theme from this site for my BB Storm. It does not work, and I can barely get folders to show up. Then when I go into the folders, it either locks up or gives me an "App Error 523" and causes a device reset. All I want to do is get back into the options/Themes app to disable it. Is there a way to do this without navigating using the touchscreen, and theme? i.e. through Desktop manager? I've probably done about 20 resets and several battery out resets. None seem to work. I do have access to the switch application bar, but it only has a few apps, and Options isn't one of them.

I run OS 4.7.0.148 with Crackman V7 hybrid.
